How do I work?

My Approach

I work with adults from an integrative and deeply human perspective, combining clinical rigor, psychopharmacology, and fully personalized treatment plans.

I see mental health holistically, taking into account each person's history, life context and circumstances. I also take a gender-informed approach, recognising how social and biographical factors can influence emotional wellbeing and the way distress is expressed.

I firmly believe that understanding what is happening to us is a fundamental part of the therapeutic process. For this reason, I place special importance on clearly and empathetically explaining each diagnosis, symptom, or treatment, so that the patient can better understand what they are experiencing and actively participate in their recovery process.

My practice is based on:

Work Methodology

What is the therapeutic process like?

1

First Consultation

The first session is aimed at conducting a comprehensive and detailed assessment of each person's situation.

During this consultation, we will explore:

W

The reason for consultation and current symptoms

W

Personal and family history

W

Medical and emotional history

W

Life and relational context

W

Previous treatments, if any

Based on this initial assessment, we will establish a diagnostic approach and an individualized treatment plan. In some cases, it may be important to work in coordination with other healthcare professionals, such as primary care, to request blood tests, monitor blood pressure, or other needs.

My goal is to offer a safe, professional, and non-judgmental space where each person can feel heard, understood, and supported throughout their therapeutic process.

Follow-up sessions allow for clinical evolution assessment, treatment adjustment when necessary, and continuous support throughout the therapeutic process. The goal is to build a trusting space where the patient can feel accompanied, understood, and supported throughout the entire process.

Each treatment is individually adapted, always respecting each person's time, needs, and circumstances.
